Rebecca Bilodeau, RD, RHN

Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at Acadia University and a dietetic internship at The Moncton Hospital. She has worked as a clinical dietitian in acute-care hospitals in both Canada and the United States for several years, obtaining experience in a vast number of areas. After having furthered her studies in natural nutrition, she is now in private practice as a nutrition and wellness consultant. She is a member of Dietitians of Canada and the New Brunswick Associations of Dietetics.

At CSNN Moncton, Rebecca teaches Chemistry & Biochemistry, and Cellular Biology.

Jane Claxton-Oldfield MDN (NNCP)

Jane completed her Masters Diploma in Nutrition (MDN) through the Edison institute of Nutrition. She has also taken a number of Advanced Nutrition courses with CSNN.

Jane discovered the ‘nutritional path’ towards wellness while recovering from a health crisis and believes it was instrumental in her recovery process. Today, she feels that everyone should be privy to the knowledge that ‘good nutrition is fundamental to good health’ and, hence, it has become her passion to spread the word. She cannot think of a better way to do this than to teach for the CSNN - a school that totally embraces her own philosophy about nutrition.

Jane also works as a nutritional consultant and Reiki practitioner out of a wellness clinic in Nova Scotia. Additionally, she offers community presentations on nutrition-related topics, writes a monthly column (Healthy Habits) for the Moncton Times and Transcript, and has co-authored several published journal articles about various aspects of volunteering in hospice palliative care (another of her passions).

She relaxes by taking daily walks, eating good food with friends and family and, last but not least, laughing (a lot).
