About Sarah
Sarah is one of few Holistic Nutritionists in Canada that is also Board Certified in Practical Holistic Nutrition™, which is a post graduate mentored apprenticeship program that focuses nutritional research with reviewed case studies. She participated in and conducted research for Type II Diabetes in order to complete her apprenticeship program, and she is still involved in the pediatric study on post natal nutrition for mothers and babies from 0 – 6 months.

Sarah’s approach to nutrition is educate her clients, make them laugh, allow them to live, and of course provide endless ideas to eat. She applies an individualized approach to determine and design a unique nutritional plan, taking into consideration overall goals, nutritional needs, complaints and lifestyle. She empowers her clients by educating on such topics as eating at restaurants, label reading, menu planning, food quality vs. quantity, disease specific eating, sports nutrition, preventative nutrition, digestive health, and allergy specific lifestyles.

Outside of work, Sarah is very active and passionate about fitness and cooking. She develops and tests recipes on an ongoing basis and focuses specifically on allergy-free cooking and baking. Food is THE source of energy for the body and changing the quality of your food does not have to be a sacrifice.

She works out of Totum Life Science, which is a multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic and gym facility in Toronto at Rosedale and King West.
