Marie-Claude is a medical professional trained in Holistic Nutrition (RHN); she graduated with a certificate of Distinguished Merit from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in early 2009.  Her certification as a RHN adds to over 30 years of experience in the medical field as Marie-Claude is also a Medical Laboratory Technologist (ART, MLT) since 1977.

She was diagnosed with Celiac in 2007, and her personal experience with Celiac and auto-immune disorders for self and family members lead to continued research & studies in immunology, nutrition & natural methods of healing the body. She is continuing her studies, working towards an Advanced Holistic Nutrition certificate.

Her areas of interests are chronic disorders and inflammatory conditions, Celiac disease and gut health, specific dietary plans for food allergens, autoimmune disorders, emotional eating and weight management.
